Brittany Bess is an Account Specialist at Home & Local Services. Passionate about customer service and meeting new people, Brittany worked in the hospitality industry for the past 4 years where she managed the front office at a busy, high-end hotel. Working in the hospitality industry taught her that giving people outstanding customer service is an incredibly satisfying role.

Brittany is a Minnesota native – she graduated from Eden Prairie High School before moving to Atlanta, Georgia where she resided for 8 years. While she was there, she attended Georgia Military College, double majoring in psychology and sociology. Grateful for an amazing opportunity at Digital Teamwork, Brittany looks forward to providing her clients with exceptional customer service.

Andy Buckley - Home & Local Services staff

Account Specialist

Andy Buckley is an Account Specialist at Home & Local Services. Andy brings a passion for consistency & delivering the best product & service available wherever he goes. A recent graduate from the University of Minnesota, Andy took his pursuits to San Diego for a career in the solar industry. Working as a residential home assessor, Andy ensured he left each customer well-informed and overly-satisfied with his assessments.

Andy returned to his roots in Minnesota to impact a new sphere, digital marketing. With his insights of the renewable & home services industry, Andy brings a yearning to learn & dedication to providing the best service to each & every client.

Matt Cantolla - Home & Local Services staff

Matt Cantolla

Sales Assistant

Matt is a Sales Assistant with Digital Teamwork. He comes from the retail side of the car business, holding various positions within every department over the past ten years. He brings his years of experience and passion of helping clients to Digital Teamwork with the goal of building lasting relationships with clients and learning more about digital marketing every day.

When he is not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and striving to become a grill master.

CEO & Co-Founder

Katie Donovan is a highly respected automotive professional with a proven history of success with her customer relationships and the desire to identify new opportunities that provide customers with a data-driven advantage. She is experienced with driving marketing decisions and creating effective attribution reporting which evaluates effectiveness.

Katie’s industry experiences include some of the top tier automotive companies such as Visible Customer, VIN Solutions and Who’s Calling. She somehow manages her incredibly productive career and her family including her husband and two lovely children.

Brad Doty - Home & Local Services staff

Brad Doty

General Counsel

Brad is General Counsel for Digital Teamwork and also heads up the Human Resources Department. Brad’s primary focus is to provide sound legal advice to not only protect Digital Teamwork’s interests, but to help us grow and succeed.

Prior to joining Digital Teamwork, Brad was a managing partner in a private practice law firm focusing on insurance contract disputes and insurance fraud litigation. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Brad was a successful sales and marketing representative for a print media company in southern Minnesota. Brad’s favorite employment, however, took place on the slopes of the Colorado mountains for a season immediately after college.

Brad is married to his wife, Andrea, and they have four children, two college graduates and two high schoolers. In addition to spending time cheering at soccer, football and track, Brad enjoys waterskiing, wakeboarding and anything to do with the lake.

Brendan Duane


Brendan started at the dealership level right out of college and found a hobby in web development. In about 3 months he became the Lead Designer for a prominent auto group in MA, where he spent the next year working with Dan and Pat. He has a passion for learning new technologies and consistently pushes the limit for design and front end development.

Thomas Johnson

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Thomas Johnson is currently Co-Founder & Chief Strategic Officer of Home & Local Services.  In addition to his duties a Home & Local Services he is also President and Owner of Johnson Media Group which consist of: PromoMedia, a national marketing services company, and View 360+1, a business intelligence research firm.  Prior to these positions, he was President of Johnson Grossfield, a national sales promotion agency founded in 1987.

Besides developing and managing the business, his chief responsibilities included developing and implementing many strategic plans at the consumer, trade and sales force level.  Included among the many blue-chip companies for whom he has performed these tasks are: Subway Restaurants, Anheuser Busch/Budweiser, Unilever Brands, Nestle Foods, Yamaha Motorsports, Blimpie Restaurants, Pearle Vision, Clorox, Northwest Airlines, MLT Vacations, Pier One Imports, S.C. Johnson Companies,  Frito-Lay, Hormel Foods, Anchor Foods, Kimberly-Clark, Kellogg’s, Meineke Auto Service Centers, Cardinal Glass, NTI, GFK Worldwide Research, Trammell Crow Residential, Sales for Success and Pennzoil.

Tom McGlennen - Home & Local Services staff

Tom McGlennen

Search Manager

Tom McGlennen has a passion for working with technology and delivering great results to his customers. He has a wide array of experience working with customers and driving sales while executing company initiatives.

Tom has most recently been a freelance web developer for many clients focusing on delivering a great customer experience while executing on their requirements. Tom spent five years developing his ability to manage time, people, and resources as an Executive Team Lead for Target Corp. He had a multitude of diverse experiences ranging from executing a complete store remodel to onboarding several peers to growing department sales by over twenty percent. He loves to work with his teams and drive great results while maintaining a fun environment. Tom earned a double major in mathematics and history from Marquette University.

He currently lives in Minnetonka with his wife and puppy in their new home.

Christian Miller - Home & Local Services staff

Christian Miller is the CSO of Dealer Teamwork, LLC. In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the business as well as oversight of key partner development and relationships. Over the last decade, he has served in executive leadership capacities for some of the fastest growing financial services companies in North America. Christian has an extensive track record leading high growth organizations including the growth of a corporate payments EBITDA by more than 300% over four years, making it one of the most scalable payments companies globally.

He has a proven track record of restructuring contracts with key partners resulting in millions in fee reduction and has reduced operational costs by more than 50% multiple times through increased automation and six sigma process improvements. Christian has transformed go-to-market strategies by focusing on emerging tech solutions that yield greater revenue and increased margins.

As an entrepreneur, Christian has successfully launched several companies including a financial technology company servicing the commercial equipment industry and led the turn-around of an under-performing software business, among others.

Christian is also a regular guest speaker at different industry events; he enjoys sharing his experiences and insights to help others improve their professional efforts. His technical background and education include degrees in finance and business management which were earned at the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Miller serves on the board of multiple community outreach programs and resides in Eden Prairie, MN with his wife and two very active children.

After a decorated career as the Director of Marketing for a prominent MA Auto group, Dan left the dealership world to build Digital Teamwork. Based on the challenges and experiences Dan overcame working for dealerships, Digital Teamwork offers proven strategies, game-changing products, and a revolutionary approach to digital marketing which harnesses both offensive and defensive strategies.

Dan Mondello is a true “Car Guy” – his first word (as a baby) was “Vehicle” and while in college Dan worked part time as a Corvette Restoration apprentice at Ron’s Corvette Restoration in Fitchburg, MA. Dan is a regular contributor to DealerRefresh where he loves to engage with many of the most progressive automotive professionals in the industry. When not creating new and innovative digital strategies, Dan enjoys water skiing, wake boarding, and relaxing at his family’s lake house in Maine.

Joe Skar - Home & Local Services staff

Joe Skar

Chief Financial Officer

Joe is the Chief Financial Officer at Digital Teamwork and is responsible for overseeing financial operations.

Prior to joining Digital Teamwork, Joe was the Chief Financial Officer at Lake Street Capital Markets, an investment bank located in Minneapolis, MN. Before that, Joe served as Director of Fund Accounting at Whitebox Advisors, a multi-billion-dollar asset manager. Joe began his career in public accounting at KPMG.

Joe graduated summa cum laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a BS in Accountancy. He is also a Beta Gamma Sigma member and a Certified Public Accountant.

Luke Wolter - Home & Local Services staff

Luke Wolter

Account Manager

Luke comes to Home & Local Services after contributing to the growth and success of four different organizations over the past 17 years, with a majority of it in distribution and manufacturing. He has a diverse background ranging from customer service management to inside and outside sales. You will find him to be well-spoken, energetic, confident, personable, and the type of person that is great at creating and fostering relationships.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family (including his wife and 3.5 year old twin boys) and doing anything outside. He enjoys the intricacies of the game of baseball and smoking meats in his backyard. One of his goals is to explore each of the Minnesota State Parks with his sons and obtain the corresponding patches for them at each park.
