Title: Account Manager

Location: Eden Prairie

Position Summary:

The Account Manager will be managing an assigned portfolio of clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining accounts.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred Digital Marketing, and/or Marketing experience.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer interaction.
  • B.S. Degree in Marketing or related field.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with clients to ensure they are using their full suite of products.
  • Present reporting to clients and make changes to accounts as necessary.
  • Ensure all contractual commitments are fulfilled.
  • Present new products and pursue upsell opportunities with clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues and maintain systems and processes.
